Then see if he's a good winger in the American Hockey League or a winger in the National Hockey League," Sutter said. "That will be the first step." The Kings did not release financial terms, but multiple media outlets reported it is worth $25 million. Voynov was scheduled to be a restricted free agent on July 5 but eschewed the open market and an offer from his hometown team in the KHL to re-up long term with the Kings. The $4.17 million annual salary probably didn't hurt, either. With that, the Los Angeles Kings have been eliminated by the Chicago Blackhawks in five games. Quick wasn't perfect in the Western Conference finals, but he did play well enough beat Chicago. The blame lies more with the Kings' offense, which was subpar for most of the playoffs. Taking a step back and looking at the playoffs as a whole, Quick was phenomenal and that will give us more confidence to recommend taking him early on in 2013-14 fantasy drafts despite his mediocre numbers in the regular season.
