Chiefs selected Cal-Penn C Eric Kush with the No. 170 overall pick.

Kush (6-foot-3 7/8, 304) made 32 starts at tiny Cal-Penn, playing left tackle and center. He projects to the interior in the pros. Kush ran a 5.04 forty with a 30-inch vertical and 4.35 short shuttle at his Pro Day. Bush has plus athleticism and size for a center.

Scouts Inc.'s Kevin Weidl tweeted to pencil him in as a fan of day three Cal (PA) S prospect Rontez Miles.

"A motivated individual that plays the game without a governor," noted Weidl. Tony Pauline recently noted that the Eagles have shown a lot of interest in Miles, and the small schooler appears to be a third day selection.

The Eagles have shown "a lot of interest" in Cal-PA safety Rontez Miles, according to draft insider Tony Pauline.

The Eagles recently signed Patrick Chung to go along with Nate Allen, Kurt Coleman, and Colt Anderson, but we doubt they are done at the position. Miles would likely be a third day target.

Cal (PA) T Eric Kush will attend the East-West Shrine Game.

We know nothing about Kush, but he is the second player from Cal (PA) to be invited to the Shrine Game in consecutive years. He is a bit light, but this all star game is a great platform to impress.
