NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah calls UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss a "good player."

Rams slot receiver Cooper Kupp quote tweeted Jeremiah's original tweet saying, "Keelan can play!!!" We have been fans of Doss (6'3/206) all season long, and the production just kept coming. By season's end, Doss acquired a massive 118-1,334-9 receiving line for the UC Davis Aggies. Aside from production, Doss has an NFL-ready frame and NFL scouts have Doss squarely on their radar at the Day 2/Day 3 turn.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss accepted an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl.

Doss (6'3/206) is beginning to make a name for himself after accepting an invite to the East-West Shrine Game two weeks ago and now accepting the trip to Mobile, Alabama. The UC-Davis product was as productive as possible over the last two seasons, picking up 223 receptions over that span. Considered a decent route runner at NFL size, Doss has a chance to earn a late Day 2 grade with positive showings at the East-West Shrine Game and the Reese's Senior Bowl. Doss may be the next FCS receiver to get snaps in the NFL.

Bleacher Report's Matt Miller writes to "keep an eye out" for UC Davis senior WR Keelan Davis.

Miller is keen on Davis' route-running prowess, noting that it's been sharp enough to "turn heads." The 6-foot-3, 206-pounder has also been insanely productive at the FCS level, most recently logging a 118-1334-9 receiving line for the 2018 campaign. Miller hits him up with a Day 2 grade at this juncture. Davis will be heading to the East-West Shrine Game next month as he looks to get his draft process jump-started.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss accepted an invitation to the East-West Shrine Game.

We're always excited to see talented players accept invites to these events, but we're especially excited to see what Doss can do. He was ridiculous in 2018 with a line of 118/1,334/9, and at 6-foot-3, 206-pounds, his size/production is sure to intrigue. There are questions about his speed -- and of course the competition -- but we've seen FCS receivers make a big impact at the next level. It's not out of the question that Doss could be next.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss caught 118 passes for 1,334 yards and nine touchdowns in 2018.

Doss will need to test well at his Pro Day, but the senior receiver has an outside chance at becoming an NFL draft pick this Spring. The six-foot-three, 206-pounder had a huge year at UC Davis, but it wasn't an outlier season. As a junior last year, Doss posted a 115-1,499-7 receiving line. NFL scouts will have no issue with his frame or production, so it comes down to film grades and tests.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss caught 16 passes for 205 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 56-13 win over Sacramento State.

Doss (6'3/206) is arguably the top NFL receiving prospect in the FCS, and his stats certainly back it up. Yesterday's receiving line was obviously monstrous, but that's basically just another day at the office for Doss. On the season, Doss has a 100-1,065-9 receiving line, which is actually worse than his junior campaign when he posted 115-1,499-7. It's been an amazing collegiate career for Doss, and he could easily be a Day 3 pick if he can test well after the season. Doss has the size to make it.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss caught five passes for 50 yards in Saturday's 59-20 loss to Eastern Washington.

Doss (6'3/206) was slowed in a freezing cold game, but he still led the Aggies in receiving and he made a highlight reel grab. For his first catch of the game, Doss had to jump and tip the ball to himself for another contested catch. You can watch the video below, and it's evident that he has the prototypical size of an NFL prospect. In his ten games, Doss is averaging 8.4 receptions and 86 yards with seven touchdowns on the year. If he can test well for NFL teams, Doss has a shot as a Day 3 pick this Spring.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss caught eight passes for 103 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 42-20 win over Northern Arizona.

Doss (6'3/206) went over the 100-yard mark for the 16th time in his amazing career with the Aggies. Clearly playing bigger and moving faster than his FCS opponents, the senior receiver created some space in the end zone for two touchdowns. Doss now has a 79-790-7 receiving line, and he should be a Senior Bowl candidate after the season.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss caught 13 passes for 131 yards and one touchdown in Saturday's 44-37 win over Idaho State.

He also ran the ball twice for 25 yards. Doss (6'3/206) is one of the few FCS receivers with a chance to make an NFL roster in 2019. The senior has been the Aggies consistent chain mover and he was just that on Saturday, but Doss will need to prove that he can beat defenders over the top since he's averaging a low 10 yards per reception this season. You can see his 2017 highlight reel in the link below.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss has 43 receptions for 425 yards and two touchdowns through five games.

Doss (6'3/206) is one FCS wide receiver with NFL aspirations and he's putting together another productive campaign. In his biggest matchup of the season a few weeks back, Doss was able to post a season-high 13 receptions for 106 yards against Stanford, which is a game NFL scouts will be paying close attention to since it's against quality competition. The senior receiver will need to improve on his 9.88 yards per reception and two touchdown grabs to guarantee himself a combine invite, but Doss has a legit shot at being drafted in the later rounds of the 2019 NFL Draft.

UC Davis senior WR Keelan Doss listed as a "riser" by Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline.

Doss (6'3/206) is one of the only small school prospects on the NFL radar, and he certainly helped himself in the season opener. In an upset win against San Jose State, Ross hauled in 11 catches for 85 yards to keep the upset alive. As a junior a season ago, the big wide receiver totaled 115 receptions for 1,499 yards with seven touchdowns. With his production and intrigue by NFL scouts, Doss should get a combine invite and play in the Shrine Game. Pauline believes Doss could be a late round draft pick.

Draft Wire's Luke Easterling lists UC Davis WR Keelan Doss among his favorite "small school" prospects in the 2019 draft class.

Doss (6'3/206) put up monster numbers for the Aggies in 2019, catching 115 passes for 1,499 yards and seven touchdowns. Easterling doesn't believe those stats are smoke and mirrors, either. "Regardless of who he’s lined up against, Doss’ combination of size, physicality and athleticism give him the kind of complete skill set NFL teams are willing to pay a high price for on draft weekend," he writes. This is definitely a name to keep an eye on this fall, and another big year could see Doss among the first non-FBS players selected.

Fox Sports believes California-Davis senior WR Keelan Doss has the "size and skill set to play in the NFL."

Doss (6'3/206) compiled 115 catches for 1,499 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games, which led all of division one in receptions per game (10.5). Doss is ready to put in the work necessary to make it to the NFL as an FCS prospect and credited his coaches with the ability to get him the ball. That's not exactly what you want to hear as an NFL scout but he is likely just being modest. Doss was the third-place finisher in the 2017 STATS Walter Payton Award voting and has a good chance to be drafted with another productive season.

UC Davis hired former Boise State HC Dan Hawkins to serve in the same capacity.

Hawkins is an alumni, having played fullback for the Aggies back in the 80's. His most notable coaching gig came with Boise State from 2001-2005, where he compiled a 53-11 record. Such success proved more difficult after he accepted the head coaching gig at Colorado following that 2005 campaign. With the Buffs, he managed just a 19-39 record. In a statement, UC Davis AD Kevin Blue said, "Dan's understanding of our successful football history, combined with his knowledge and experience in contemporary college football, makes him the ideal coach to move our program forward."
