	6	Jesse Litsch D.L. Jesse Litsch said precautionary tests have confirmed that the infection in his shoulder is gone. Good news. Litsch required emergency arthroscopic surgery in early March after developing an infection following an injection of platelet-rich plasma in his right shoulder. The infection somehow got worse from there, which led to the 27-year-old right-hander saying that he may never play again, but he appears to finally be making some progress. May 22

	11	Alan Farina D.L. Blue Jays placed RHP Alan Farina on the 60-day disabled list. He was cleared to make room for the newly-signed Rick VandenHurk on the 40-man roster. Farina underwent Tommy John surgery last July and is unlikely to pitch in a game until later this summer. The 25-year-old could be a useful bullpen piece in the long term. Feb 22
