Austin Dillon will drop to back of the field to start the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway after making a rear gear change.

This negatively impacts his handicap because he was only 25th fastest of 31 cars in 10-lap averages during final practice. He qualified 2th, which is where his place differential will be based. Look for him to struggle to get into the high teens.

Kasey Kahne posted the 10th-fastest single lap in final practice for the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway with a speed of 173.964 mph.

Not much has been expected from Kahne on unrestricted, intermediate speedways this early in the season, so a top-10 time in Happy Hour is certainly notable. It is unlikely that he will be able to finish that well and will probably lose a few spots from his 14th-place qualification, but he will be a provisionally good value if he finishes in the top 20.
