Connor Hellebuyck G (Winnpeg) - $8,200 FanDuel, $8,400 DraftKings
Hellebuyck gets the call against a tired Panthers team that played in Vancouver on Saturday night. Hellebuyck has 30 wins already this season and has been one of the best goaltenders in the NHL to date. He has a 2.34 GAA and a .923 save percentage and with Steve Mason and Michael Hutchinson injured, only Eric Comrie is still available as a backup so Hellebuyck is as sure a thing as you can get in net Sunday.
Esa Lindell D (Dallas) - $4,400 FanDuel, $4,100 DraftKings
Lindell has not scored in his past four games but has six goals and 23 points this season in 58 games and is ready to break loose again. Lindell gets first unit minutes alongside John Klingberg in even strength situations and gets second power play time as well. The Stars play the Sharks in San Jose and it could be a high scoring affair.
Mike Matheson D (Florida) - $4,200 FanDuel, $4,000 DraftKings
I made this selection last night before the start of the Vancouver game and he had a couple of goals so I guess I should have picked him last night instead. He has really come on of late after a very poor start to the season. Matheson has eight goals and 21 points with five points coming in his last four games. He has become a threat offensively for the Panthers along with Keith Yandle and Aaron Ekblad.
Auston Matthews C (Toronto) - $7,900 FanDuel, $7,300 DraftKings
Matthews faces a weaker Detroit team and has not scored a goal in three games although he does have four assists in that span. One of the best goal scorers in the NHL, Matthews has 26 in 50 games this season.
Timo Meier W (San Jose) - $5,000 FanDuel, $5,100 DraftKings
Meier has quietly made a splash of late for the Sharks and is up to 14 goals in 57 games after scoring just two in his first 25 contests. The Sharks first round pick in 2015 and ninth overall, Meier is seeing first line time with Joe Pavelski and is only going to get better the rest of the way.
Mathieu Perreault W (Winnipeg) - $4,500 FanDuel, $5,200 DraftKings
Perreault has points in only one of his last four games but should break out soon and it could be as early as Sunday with Florida in town. Perreault has 15 goals and 34 points in only 46 games and is a great bargain in FanDuel. Perreault is currently seeing second line action with Bryan Little and Jack Roslovic and gets second power play time on the point.
