David Rittich G (Calgary) - $7,200 FanDuel, $7,500 DraftKings
Rittich last played eight days ago and picked up a 3-2 overtime win over the Canadiens in Montreal. The Flames are in Vancouver and playing the second half of back-to-back games so Rittich gets the call. He has been quite good as a backup and with just a handful of games on Sunday, he looks to be the best value.
Mark Giordano D (Calgary) - $5,700 FanDuel, $4,800 DraftKings
The Calgary blueline was supposed to be a strength of the club this season but it appears that the blueline is mediocre, at least offensively. T.J. Brodie leads with 16 points in 33 games but Giordano leads with four goals. He does have 83 shots on goal and 70 blocked shots this season.
Jared Spurgeon D (Minnesota) - $4,500 FanDuel, $4,500 DraftKings
Spurgeon returns to action tonight after missing the last nine games with a groin injury. He has three goals and 15 points in23 games with a third of his points coming on the power play. He is worth a shot, especially considering the price.
William Karlsson C (Vegas) - $6,100 FanDuel, $6,300 DraftKings
Karlsson has been one of the biggest surprises this season as he has 26 points in 31 games for the Vegas Golden Knights. He had only 25 points last season in 81 games for Columbus and that had been his career high until this season. The one bad thing is that he is pointless in his last three games.
Reilly Smith W (Vegas) - $5,600 FanDuel, $5,300 DraftKings
Smith gets to play against the team that let him go to the expansion Golden Knights so there is plenty for him to show on Sunday. Smith is having a good season with nine goals and 23 points in 31 games after a 37 point season last year for the Panthers. There could be revenge in the air.
Alex DeBrincat W (Chicago) - $5,900 FanDuel, $5,400 DraftKings
Another candidate for the Calder Trophy (and there are many this season) DeBrincat has 12 goals and 23 points for an aging Chicago team. He is on the top line with Jonathan Toews and Brandon Saad and is getting second line power play time with the Blackhawks. That’s a nice situation to be in.
