Point Guard

Kendrick Nunn - Miami Heat (vs. Los Angeles Lakers)

Bargain Bin

In order for Nunn to perform you’ll need a little luck. With that said, his roster percentages are way lower than expected. He’s worth a look tonight for GPP purposes only. The Lakers are allowing minimal fantasy points to opposing point guards over a two-week span but the truth is they’ve been holding down opposing guards all season. So what does that mean for Nunn? Well, if all Miami guard options fail, Nunn should hit value. Nunn has averaged 26.1 DK points over his last two games while shooting 61% from the field. If he can somehow get the minutes, he will perform at low percentages around the industry. The Lakers are favored tonight by - 9.5 points with a 219.5 O/U.

Other PG Option: Rajon Rondo - Los Angeles Lakers (Miami Heat)

Make sure to check the Rotoworld NBA Optimizer before lock! Here you will find the top plays paired with accurate projections which will help you create your lineup!

Shooting Guard

Kentavious Caldwell - Pope - Los Angeles Lakers (vs. Miami Heat)

Bargain Bin

When I mention that the Lakers maintain guards well, KCP is why. The 27 years old veteran defender is the definition of a role player. He plays shutdown defense and benefits from what the opposition gives him. KCP will benefit from steals, blocks, and rebounds tonight, especially if the Lakers win. Caldwell - Pope is averaging 19.2 DK points over his last five games. For his given salaries on Yahoo, FanDuel, and DraftKings, he’s worth the risk.

Other SG Option: Tyler Herro - Miami Heat (vs. Los Angeles Lakers)

Small Forward

Jimmy Butler - Miami Heat (vs. Los Angeles Lakers)

This team rises and falls with Butler’s production. Goran Dragic is likely out for tonight’s game 3. Butler must take control. In-game two he did just that but still came up short. He took 17 shots, played 47 minutes, scored 25 points and the Lakers still won by 10 points. Unfortunately, I think this is the end of the line for Miami. The Lakers match up perfectly against the Heat. It’s too much fire-power for a hobbled Miami team to handle. Make sure you check Bam Adebayo’s injury status prior to lock. He could be active tonight.

Other SF Option: Danny Green - Los Angeles Lakers (vs. Miami Heat)

Power Forward

Anthony Davis - Los Angeles Lakers - (vs. Miami Heat)

Davis is a must-play tonight. Simple as that. Myers Leonard was not a viable replacement for Bam and while Olnynk played well, he’s nothing more than a band-aid. Davis was 15 for 20 in game two and shot 11 for 21 in game one. This is Davis’ game to win or lose. Expect high percentages but well worth the chalky play. If Bam does play, the narrative plays out much better for Miami. Make sure to check confirmed lineups before lock tonight. Bam could very well play tonight in which case the Heat still have a fighting chance.

Other PF Option: Kelly Olynyk - Miami Heat (vs. Los Angeles Lakers)

Center

Dwight Howard - Los Angeles Lakers (vs. Miami Heat)

Bargain Bin

Trying to watch Miami deal with the Lakers big men was comical. Myles Leonard was never a real option and while Olynyk played well, he’s only one man. The Lakers will adjust to make their already potent offense even more effective tonight. Expect the Lakers to not only feEd Davis but also Howard. Miami cannot compete with their size, especially if Bam is confirmed out tonight. Could Haslem see the court tonight if Bam is sidelined? Maybe.

Other C Option: Bam Adebayo - Miami Heat (vs. Los Angeles Lakers)
