"Welcome to Playing the Tips!

Each week this will be the one-stop resource to soak in all the picks from our fantasy staffers at Rotoworld.com.

Page 1 is going to look at Daily Fantasy Sports picks (FanDuel, Yahoo, and DraftKings).

Page 2 will have a look at One-and-Done options as well as PGATOUR.com's fantasy game.

Daily Fantasy Sports [DFS]

I will be giving out selections for one team for each DFS site, per week.

These lineups will be entered into a large-entry Guaranteed Prize Pool. That means we need to take a risk or two, in order to separate ourselves from the field.

The idea is to provide you a list of names to consider. I would not recommend copying these teams, golfer for golfer. Duplicate teams are no fun and don't help anyone.

FanDuel Picks:

Justin Rose (12,200): The defending champ is 5-for-5 at this classical course. His recent results have just been okay so I would expect a big push in order to regain some confidence ahead of the season's final two majors.

Rickie Fowler (11,800): The Oklahoma State product loves doing battle with the wind. He has three top 20s in six tries at Colonial.

Adam Schenk (7,500): Early in his career he has handled himself well in the wind. That should be tested again this week with winds forecasted around 15 MPH most of the week.

Joel Dahmen (9,600): Has first-round leads in three of his last six stroke-play events. Let's ride that form.

Louis Oosthuizen (10,700): The South African finished T5 here last year. I have him pegged at 8th in baseline performance in this field but he's priced outside the top 10 in salary.

Cameron Champ (8,200): Taking the longest hitter on TOUR on a course that doesn't require distance? A bold strategy. Not one that I'd advise in cash games but I like Champ's comfort in the wind, being a San Antonio resident. Colonial has a few spots where his distance can cut out some bunkers. High risk, high reward.

DraftKings Picks -- @futureoffantasy

Byeong Hun An (7,500): Had to back out a few weeks ago with a neck injury but returned at Bethpage and gained plenty of strokes tee-to-green. His putter let him down as usually. Perhaps these tiny greens will minimize the chances for him to bleed strokes putting.

Louis Oosthuizen (9,000): If we're taking on some injury risk with Benny An, we might as well pile on with Oosthy. The South African is 4-for-5 in his career at Colonial including a T5 last year.

Matthew Fitzpatrick (8,500): His tee-to-green game never translated to the PGA TOUR... until this year. He's trending well and Colonial is a perfect course for his fairways-and-greens style of play.

Emiliano Grillo (8,700): Another golfer that loves a grind-it-out test. "I love this place. It's suits my game pretty well."

Zach Johnson (7,900): Not popping on a lot of leaderboards this year but he's a two-time champ at Colonial CC. It's a course where history diminishes slowly since it doesn't require length.

Joel Dahmen (8,200): Finished T20 in his Colonial debut last year. Arrives in red-hot form so let's ride the hot hand.

Yahoo Picks:

Emiliano Grillo (33): Deciding to go with a balanced build with this lineup, Grillo is an easy starting point. he's raved about Colonial in the past.

Joel Dahmen (31): He's a straight shooter that is usually handicapped by his lack of distance. That's not the case at Colonial.

Matthew Fitzpatrick (33): Has gained strokes tee-to-green in 85% of his measured rounds in the last three months. That is BEST in the field when looking at golfers with at least 10 rounds over that time span.

Kevin Na (34): He's a three-time first-round leader at Colonial. I think he likes the course.

Sungjae Im (34): One of the steadiest from tee-to-green this season and he doesn't rely on distance.

Byeong Hun An (34): Had his usually tee-to-green game at Bethpage last week but couldn't convert with the putter.
