Updated On: October 4, 2018, 4:04 pm ET

It’s easy to see how many power play points every player has but what could be just as important as far as analytics go, are the number of times a player is on the ice when his team scores on the power play. Here are the top performers this season.

38 Alex Ovechkin, Mark Streit, Jakub Voracek

37 – Claude Giroux

36Wayne Simmonds

35Troy Brouwer, John Tavares

34Nicklas Backstrom, Keith Yandle

33Kevin Shattenkirk

32Sidney Crosby, Kris Letang, Evgeni Malkin, Patrick Marleau

31Brent Burns, Niklas Kronwall, Joe Pavelski, Brayden Schenn, Alexander Steen

30Tyler Bozak, Logan Couture, Marcus Johansson, Phil Kessel, Patrick Kane, James van Riemsdyk, Henrik Zetterberg

It sure is odd seeing three Maple Leafs on the list with the team so low in the standings.
